The Girls Track and Field team placed 3rd at last week's Ross Invite. The 4x800 meter relay of Abigail Dunn, Elana Campton, Kayla Kirby, and Ella Russell ran the 3rd fastest time in school history on their way to a 1st place finish. 2nd place finishers included Kaylie Holbert in the pole vault, Madi Bien in the discus, and the 4x400 meter relay of Abigail Dunn, Lydia Brinkman, Ella Russell, and Peyton Reid. Other placers included: Dee Bourquein, Savannah Davison, Evie Freel, Paola Ayitsewou, Alexandria Jones, Maddie Cox, Kylie Shuja, Abby Schoemaker, and Caragan and Lana Connelly.

The Boys Track and Field team also placed 3rd at the Ross Invite. Capturing 1st place was the 4x800 meter relay of Rory Summers, James Kirby, Hayden Rogers, and Mason Richardson, the 4x100 meter relay of Jorden Thompson, Grant Meibers, Adrian Avent, and Mason Richardson and Jay Vogel in the high jump. Placing 2nd were Jacob Dearwester in the discus, Jorden Thompson in the pole vault, Grant Meibers in the high jump, Adrian Avent in the 100 meter dash, Rory Summers in the 800 meters, and Mason Richardson in the 200 meter dash. 3rd place was turned in by Brody Hall in the discus, Jacob Dearwester in the shot put, and Hayden Rogers in the 3200 meter run. Also placing for the boys were Chris Basich and Bode Kober.
